What is inside work/sessions folder?

Hi,

I wonder whether a Brat server saves a log file of the changes made in the .ANN files (timestamps of edits, the file annotated, the user, etc). Searching in the brat folder, I have found the directory work/sessions with tons of .pickle files. Are those pickles log files? If so, is there a guide/manual/documentation to read them? I could not find that info in https://brat.nlplab.org/ webpage.
