Option to mark a document in BRAT

Is there a way to add a feature in BRAT to mark a document. For example, im annotating multiple medical reports, and some reports are not relevant, i want to mark these documents as irrelevant and have that saved as an annotation of some sort. As there are multiple annotators and upwards of 10,000 files, it would be best to add a button on the bar at the top to do this, instead of highlighting the whole document. 

Is there anyway that BRAT can be configured to do this?
