Allow permissions for different folders

Hi all,

Does Brat allow giving different permissions to different users from the config.py? I would like to allow edit permissions to just one sub-directory in the data/ folder to a specific user.

- one brat login for each annotator (config.py); 60 annotators mean 60 usernames and passwords, only visible to admin.

- then have one separate datafolder for one annotator (or one group of annotators), with an access control list acl.conf within every datafolder.
