The URL http://weaver.nlplab.org/~brat does not seem to work and

the browser shows a timeout error when trying to access it.

The problem is that files from that URL are important within the rest

of the web site, e.g. the Download URL is

and the embedding page, loads the BRAT libraries from

which does not work either.

There have been reports of this both on the issue tracker

and in this group many months ago but apparently nothing did change since then.
