SingPost Company do not cover insurance for this normal mail option for lost or damage of parcels. Lost or damage seller is not responsible. Please kindly make sure to check your shipping address is correct. The courier may charge extra for changing address / incorrect address. If the parcel returned due to buyer did not provide valid / full address, there will be re-delivery fee of original price borne by the buyer if buyer want it to be delivered the 2nd time. For Nail Polish / Cosmetic Products due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept any Exchange or Refund of Nail Polish Bottles due to your simple mind change of color OR color did not appear what you wanted. Studies have shown that due to individual screen you will see the color different from your eyes and the real actual color. You can do your research about computers and technologies screen resolution differ from computer screen and your mobile screen. Taking photos / pictures by Cameras even with the highest mega pixels now still could not 100% capture the exact color from what your eyes see.

Colour can varies depending on the background lightings when the colour was taken. If the background lighting is darker environment, the colour will look darker. Try playing around with camera taking in a different darker environment you will notice the changes. It can also depends on the screen resolution of the monitor. Colour will also look different when you turn up the brightness to the max on your mobile screen or desktop computer and then turn it down to dark again. Applying more coat layers makes the colour stronger and darker.
Customer could also forward to us the picture of the colour you are looking for and we will try our best to find the nearest colour for you however please note there may still be some differences (It is highly recommended that customers visit the warehouse to view the physical colours by appointment)
If any colour is out of stock, we will contact you via whatsapp / sms/ email. For out of stock colours, the replacement out of stock colour must be the same value. If customer choose lower value, there will be no refund. If the value of the item is higher, required topup. Alternatively, if customer do not want to choose the replacement out of stock colour, customer may opt for refund.

Delivery Fees are non refundable which are charged by the courier. Full delivery fee will be borne by the buyer even though the website price showing the after discounted fee (i.e "$1/$1.99 / Free Shipping") as these are under promotion absorbed partially by the company therefore full delivery fee will be charged to buyer if buyer chooses full refund for any cases.

Damaged Items
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me an email with your order number and photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging, I will either replace your order or send you a refund on the price of your order (not including shipping).
It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out. A fee is charged to my small business as long as a transaction is made.
After payment is verified, we will try our best to pack your order ASAP and send it out the next day (if payment is received before 6 p.m.). Singpost usually delivers within 2 working days during non-festive periods and 5 to 7 days during festive periods upon receival; occasionally, it might take longer. It is trackable and will be delivered to your letterbox (please ensure enough space to receive your order). There is no insurance coverage; please note that there might be a 1% chance of lost mail.
SmartPac is trackable (without insurance coverage) and delivers within 2 working days upon receival. Your parcel will be placed inside your mailbox. Please make sure your mailbox has sufficient space to receive your parcel, or it will be directed to a post office for collection.
POPStation is a more convenient and secure way to collect your parcel, as you can do self-collection 24/7 at your selected POPStation. It delivers within 1-2 working days* upon receipt. Trackable and covered insurance for shipment values up to $150

We take very serious care to ensure the packing and sealing of the products to minimise breakage. However, Crystal Tales does not hold responsibilities for sold products that are lost during mail or any delivery issues.
Buyers are required to check with the relevant post and delivery services to resolve the issue. Therefore, we encourage buyers to opt for trackable services such as Ninjavan Pack, Qxpress-Next Day Delivery, SmartPac, Speedpost, or POPStation.
For standard delivery, the parcel will be delivered to customers in 3 days, starting from the day after the Qxpress driver picks up parcels. Delivery date will be adjusted if falls on non-working dates.
Courier Basic Liability: In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, Qxpress provides compensation of a maximum amount of SGD 300 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.
While shipping prices tend to be higher, Express parcels are routed much more efficiently and frequently arrive within a shorter time frame. For example, an order shipped from Singapore to the Continental United States takes about 3-5 days including weekends.
