In my random thoughts, I wondered if there is an add-in on excel where you have your sign-in info already entered, and when you open that locally saved excel sheet, go to that add-in tab and update, it would pull those survey results into the sheet automatically.
I'm simply looking for a way to better streamline a process for distributing survey results to various employees. Or better yet, have that excel sheet saved on a network drive where any of them could open it, update, and have the results
I work for a local business in Scotland and we put out a survey to our customers via social media and hosted on surveymonkey. We received around 450 results but about 40 of these were from what i can only assume where fake accounts as all the names and addresses were American. We only deal in the local area. i am looking for a more efficient way to send out our customer satisfaction surveys. So far, we used Survey Monkey to create the survey and analyze the results. Web-Collectors were generated in Survey Monkey and sent out via Hubspot. All of that was done without using the integration offered in the Hubspot Marketplace. Thus, it was not possible for us to connect answers to contacts in hubspot. That is something i would like to change.

I just found out about custom variables that can be added to the Collector within Survey Monkey. Therefore, individualized Links could be used to create data in the final results of my survey.
