Hey there,

I was wondering if you guys could create a public github repo for the Unity SDK.  As of now, we've created our own repo to track Brass Monkey as a submodule in order to include it in our repository without committing the code itself.

Thanks!

Hey Matt,

We sort of do, but I'm not sure it would work out of the box like you expect. It's an interesting idea.

Thoughts:
  • I just took a look at our current code breakout and I'm not sure it'd be trivial for us at this point. We have to repos currently. One for our proprietary implementation and one for our SDK documentation and examples which isn't actually public yet but is planned to be. Including it would include a lot of extra stuff into your project. But I suppose it could be helpful for reference to be able to open up a demo project while in the same Project in the Unity Editor.
  • Alternatively, you could make your own second repo that is for tracking our SDK in the interim if we can't get to it soon enough for you (I think we can probably come up with something in a few days if we are on the same page about it's design)
Francois

Yeah, that's what I've been doing.  Basically I just keep it up to date with the package you put on the site.
