Hi,

I can't seem to get an iPad to connect to a standalone application (running on Mac). When I build and run the application I get the following error:

SecurityException: Can't find type UnityCrossDomainHelper

When I run the app within Unity it works fine and BrassMonkey connects from the iPad, but it won't work with a standalone build.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Darren.

Hey Darren,

Can you verify that the BrassMonkey.dll is near the executable?

It sounds to me it's looking for it.

Regards,

Dave

Hi Darren,

Actually I'm pretty certain that you don't have a build of the SDK that allows you to make a standalone PC or Mac game. We can send one to you though. Can you first verify that the SDK you have allows you to make a web player version that functions properly?

Hi Chris,

The SDK I have is the one off your website. I didn't know it required a different one to do this.

I've published it as a web player version but the same happens, although it's not running in a web browser and is running exactly the same way as the standalone version so I guess I've done something wrong (newbie!)?

Thanks,

Darren.
