IP office 1x mobile not able to login, even one x portal service is show green light. only work after restart entire server thing Engineering team investigated one-x portal debug log, they noticed that the logs are full of messages similar to the following:
2020-01-09 13:02:54,862 WARN UserAuthenticationManager - authenticationUser for
user SerenTan exception=The server 127.0.0.1 failed to respond
Then we found 127.0.0.1 loopback address has been blacklisted.

After logging into the Avaya One-X web portal, users are greeted by a screen that is split into four separate sections that each offer a number of different features to help improve call quality and communication as a whole. As a mobility enhancing communication solution that allows users to effectively manage all calls made to their desktop phone through a web portal that can be accessed from any location, we feel that the people who would benefit the most from this service are the ones that spend a lot of time away from the office and/or prefer to work remotely. Having said that, the UC features such as the presence indicator, conference calling and chat make this an incredibly useful tool for any businesses looking to improve the quality of collaboration and increase the productivity of their staff.

So long as your office is running on an Avaya IP Office phone system, the portal can be accessed on any type of computer through a number of popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

ok, the step by step is great, but in our case. . . what is the solution?
in my case, what i did to fix this problem:

generated a log to find the location where the files and informations are saved:
close the avaya software (also on the background)
C:\Users\WINDOWS LOGIN USERID\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\Avaya one-X Communicator\
made a backup from all informations and deleted (i didnt have time to find out the right file where the settings are located to delete just him)
and open again de app
in this case you'll need to reconfigure all the configurations

now it works fine

The following changes will be made to gradually remove links to features and capabilities no longer accessible in the Digital First Omnichannel portal. You will still be able to access and manage these functions directly in Contact Center or the developer portal.

You will be able to export Workforce Management agent schedules using a new API. This will be an alternative to exporting schedules using CSV files. The developer portal will also have a new WFM category for this API's documentation.

The following UI updates will be made to gradually remove links to features and capabilities no longer accessible in the Digital First Omnichannel portal. You will still be able to access and manage these functions directly in Contact Center or the developer portal.
