I have a table like below and would like to calculate p value by comparing TRT vs CTR. Is this doable in oracle sql? I used to calculate expected value by different random group in excel, then use chitest function to get p value.

For illustration, we conduct a hypothetical power analysis in the ENGAGE trial using the reduced number of necessary parameters for addressing the goal of determining best EDTRs in Section 6. For the hypothetical power analysis in the ENGAGE study, we estimate the marginal quantities involved in the power calculation (see Section 4) by taking the empirical averages. We then plug-in these quantities to our power analysis method using G-computation. We perform sensitivity analysis to study the effect of misspecification of the input parameters for the ENGAGE SMART and a general SMART simulation.
