Brucie - Brucie likes to bowl, drink, eat, go to strip clubs, shows, helirides and boating. If you get his friendship level up to 70%, you can call Brucie and he'll dispatch a helicopter to your location, allowing you to utilize it as you'd like.

Dwayne - Dwayne likes to go to strip clubs, eat, drink, go to shows and bowl. If you get his friendship level up to 60%, you can call Dwayne and he'll send you a car full of gang members that will follow you and help you out as you need them.

Little Jacob - Little Jacob likes to play darts, go to shows, play billiards, drink, eat, and go to strip clubs. If you get his friendship level up to 70%, you can call Little Jacob and he'll drive a car to your location full of guns that you can purchase from him.

Packie - Packie likes to go to strip clubs and shows, play darts, drink, bowl and play billiards. If you get his friendship level up to 75%, you can call Packie and he'll make you a potent car bomb that you can use as you need it.

Roman - Roman likes to go bowling, play darts, go drinking, eat, play billiards, go to shows and to strip clubs. If you get his friendship level up to 60%, you can call Roman and he'll send you a free cab to use anywhere in the city.

Head to the internet caf (or wherever you can access the internet) and insert the URL www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com. If inserted properly, you'll be brought to an in-game message board containing maps of secret locations in the game. Check it out!

At one point in the game, you're given an option to kill Dwayne or Playboy X, and you must choose one or the other. If you kill Playboy X, you can use his loft and change clothes there. Amongst your change of clothes will be the outfit from GTA3 -- a tight black jacket and green cargo pants.

Head over to the Statue of Happiness and climb up as far as you can go. Head around the left side of the statue from where you entered. When you do this, the game will pause briefly and load a new shirt that your character will be wearing, a nice souvenir for visiting the statue!

Almost always, when you enter a cheat into your cell phone, you can access it automatically from the phone's main menu ("Cheats"), so you don't have to enter these obscure phone numbers more than once.

Head to an ATM anywhere in the city, and cause a traffic jam in the area. Wait for someone to approach the ATM and take money out of it, and then eliminate that person. The traffic jam should ensure that no ambulance can reach the injured person, so if you run a short distance away and return, you can grab the money that dead person dropped over and over again.

Here's a great way to get a free taxi fare. Hail a taxi and get inside, and head to your destination. Right before you get to your destination, bust out the back window and point your gun out of the window (using the corresponding controls). Doing so will freak the taxi driver out. He'll stop the car and run away, leaving you near your destination without forcing you to pay for the ride.

Fire trucks are awesome vehicles to use to cause complete and utter destruction in Liberty City. But, even these vehicles are susceptible to damage. Oddly, if the fire truck catches on fire and is about to explode, you can actually utilize the fire truck's very own water source to put its own fire out. Nice!

If you boost a fire truck, press the fire button while driving around. This will allow you to shoot the super-powerful water cannon at anyone around you. Watching people react to getting shot with high-speed water is hilarious.

Here's something funny to try. During your adventure through Liberty City, you may find phone numbers written in inconspicuous places, such as on the side of a building or in the subway. If you dial these numbers, you'll usually get someone on the other end who you can subsequently prank.

Head to the Statue of Happiness on Happiness Island via helicopter. Have the helicopter drop you off on the very top of the statue. You'll find a sign up there that states "No Hidden Content Beyond This Point", but it's a lie. If you head inside of the statue from this area, you'll find an actual beating heart inside the statue. How ridiculously creepy!

There are up to five, three and two possible friends to do activities with throughout the game. Once you get a friend's "like percentage" high enough, then it will unlock there special abilities (The respect stats has no influence on unlocking special abilities). Unlike girlfriends, you can only take a friend to activities that they like (These are predetermined and are the same for every game). You can do up to seven and nine activities at once. If you accidentally kill your friend or they are killed by a police officer because they are drunk, you will get a call from them asking you to pick them up and then return them home. If you kill your friends intentionally, well you can expect them to like you a little less. Doing activities with Little Jacob, Brucie Kibbutz, Packie McReary, Clay Simons, Terry Thorpe, Armando Torres and Henrique Bardas count toward 100% completion (except from Roman Bellic, Dwayne Forge and Jim Fitzgerald don't).

There are 5, 3 and 2 Friendships in GTA4, GTATLAD and GTATBOGT there are up to respect and like for Roman, Little Jacob, Brucie, Dwayne, Packie, Clay, Jim, Terry, Armando and Henrique to Unlocked of Special Abilities from after the in the beginning... and Hit The Pipe.

Will eat any where at first but later in the game only at high end restaurants. Burger Shot is his favorite place to eat at anytime. Roman his nightspot preference with Comrades Bar. Doing activities with Roman doesn't count toward 100% completion.

Guns: Once Little Jacob like stats is up to 75% you can call him and he will setup a meeting with you where he will sell Niko weapons at a significantly cheaper price than the LCGC. However, don't be an hour or more late otherwise he will leave and Niko won't be able to use the ability for another day. Also, don't go to the meeting with any wanted stars because Little Jacob will leave as soon as you to get there because, as in real life, the gun running is illegal and he doesn't want to be a caught. Drop off of his ability occurs if he likes Niko 40% or less. Don't attempt or even think about stealing his gun car.

He prefers fast food and loves Cluckin' Bell. His nightspot preference is Club Liberty in Northwood, Algonquin. Doing Little Jacob's drug delivery also boasts his like stat (if you successfully do them).

Chopper: Once Brucie like stats is up to 75% call him and he will fly to the closest location to you and get in his helicopter. He will take you to a predetermined location that you choose (i.e. You can't tell him to land anywhere you want him to). You aren't able to jack the helicopter from Brucie. Drop off is at 40% or less.

Avoid fast food restaurants and try as high end as possible. Any high-end nightspot is fine by him. Brucie has two activities that no other friend has in boating and helicopter ride. They are generally the same idea in that you drive the boat (or helicopter) to the location that Brucie says (it's the yellow dot) watch the cut-scene and head back. Don't crash the helicopter because you (1) die and (2) lose respect and like from Brucie. There is no possible way to steal the helicopter.

Backup: Once Dwayne like stats is above 75% call him and he will send two (armed) gangsters that will follow Niko until they (or Niko) are dead (Now that's loyalty). Killing the gangsters yourself doesn't seem to make Dwayne lose respect. Drop off is at 30%.

Dwayne prefers high end restaurants, but still loves Cluckin' Bell. His nightspot preference is Club Liberty in Northwood, Algonquin. Doing activities with Dwayne doesn't count toward 100% completion.

Bomb: Once Packie like stats is above 75% call him and he will have a bomb waiting for you at a set location (usually in an alley as to avoid detection). Once you have the bomb sneak up to the trunk of any vehicle and follow the on screen instructions to put it under the car. To detonate the bomb call Packie and select the detonate option and watch the explosion. Drop off is at 30%.

After Gerry McReary is sent to the Alderney State Correctional Facility, Packie has the bad habit of being there when you go to get him for an activity. This happens even if you call him in a place that is really far away from it. You can choose to put the pedal to the metal and pick him up or cancel your plans. Note that he is not always there but is most of the time. Or you can shell out the money for a taxi and just skip the ride, it can get you pretty much anywhere within that hour.

Backup: Once Clay After the mission "Hit The Pipe". call him and he will send two (armed) Clay and Terry gangs that will follow Johnny until they (or Johnny) are dead (Now that's loyalty). Killing the Clay and Terry gangs yourself doesn't seem to make Clay and Terry lose respect.

Weapons: Once Jim his After the Beginning of the Game. call him and select the guns for weapons he will send the weapons on the inside The Lost MC Clubhouse. pick up the weapons and then leave on the outside The Lost MC Clubhouse.

Backup: Once Terry his After the mission "Hit The Pipe". call him and he will send two (armed) Clay and Terry gangs that will follow Johnny until they (or Johnny) are dead (Now That's loyalty). Killing the Clay and Terry gangs yourself doesn't seem to make Clay and Terry lose respect.
