At 12:15 as we ended our walk on the CNR Rail Trail from Pleasant Ridge Rd to D'Aubigny Wetlands, we saw 6 Bald Eagles swooping around over the field west of the rail trail. At one point 2 of the Bald Eagles flew off to the north. Then, Joan noticed several birds in the trees on the west boundary of the field. There were 2 Red-tailed Hawks, some Crows, Eagles and possibly a couple of Ravens. As we were leaving 5 Bald Eagles had settled in those trees and 2 were still flying around over our car. We are wondering if there is something to eat near those trees.
