terlampir merupakan data dari pembentukan BPP CMM. Data dibawah menunjukkan level 2 dan level 3 yang harus disesuaikan dengan Bisnis Proses kita. Dimana  level 2 menunjukkan value chain yang ada dan level 3 menjabarkan sub proses yang dilakukan.

Silahkan ditilik kembali dan memberikan masukan jika dinilai masih ada yang kurang sehingga level ini dapat disempurnakan.
