is the dataset available for commercial use? and what's its license?

I have a question; I'm writing a post on this challenge in Medium and I was wondering if the dataset used in brainteaser is available for commercial use? 

If so, what is its license?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. As our lateral thinking puzzles are “folk knowledge” and are published on a range set of websites, it is hard to check their original licenses comprehensively, it is okay  to spread the post on medium. But the dataset is not aim for commercial use. We have declared in our original paper that the dataset can only be used for non-commercial use. Thanks for your understanding!
