Regarding the submission of the system paper.

Hey guys,

Here are some notes on the system paper submission:

• For all participants submitting system papers, please make sure all authors have a SOFTCONF account and are listed in the submission form.
• New SOFTCONF users can register for an account by following the new user link at https://softconf.com/naacl2024/SemEval2024/. This will make it much easier to set up the program committee for the later review process.
• All participants submitting system paper will need to review other system paper, the amount of paper to review can vary from 2 to 4.
• Please note that the System description papers will not be rejected until camera-ready submissions. After that, the task organizers may suggest rejection if authors don't follow reviewer suggestions/ if there are formatting issues/if no sufficient contributions are found in either the system submission and/or the writing of the system description paper.

Should we upload a zip file that contains the source latex code or just the final pdf file of the paper?
And what should be the name of the uploaded file?

For the submission, the final pdf file is sufficient. The name of the uploaded file can be anything you want :)
