Hello,
I have made a few updates since my last post; the package is now at v0.60.1
The biggest change is a new function, "analysis_random_graphs", which will take over all of the code for creating random graphs, calculating small world parameters, and calculating normalized rich club coefficients. This should simplify things for users greatly.
The User Guide has been updated. See Chapter 5.3 (especially 5.3.2) for volumetric data, and Chapter 6.7 for DTI data.
