Update to v0.61.0

Hello,

I have made a minor update, to v0.61.0.

I added a data table for the "destrieux.scgm" atlas. "plot_brainGraph_gui" now offers the option to show a legend for vertex colors or not. You can also now plot vertex colors based on weighted community membership. "plot_rich_norm" has a new argument, "facet.by", that accepts either "density" (the original, default value) or "threshold" (which will work for multi-subject, e.g. DTI data).
