Major release: update to v2.0.0

I am pleased to announce the second major release, v2.0.0. It is not yet on CRAN but should be in a couple days. You can install from GitHub using "devtools::install_github".

For the changes, please see the NEWS.md file. The package has received a major overhaul.

The User Guide also has been completely overhauled, and now has a permanent link: https://cwatson.github.io/files/brainGraph_UserGuide.pdf

Please start with the *Preface*. The Guide is still a work-in-progress (as is the package, as usual).

Please report any bugs or issues here or as a "GitHub issue".
