I
have made a minor update to v0.56.0 (with one "major" change).
brainGraph now requires the package "RcppEigen"; this allows for very fast linear model calculations. The function "group.graph.diffs" (equivalent to a voxel-wise analysis in SPM/FSL/etc.) has been updated accordingly. For all changes, please see the "NEWS.md" file (highlighted in green) at the Github diff page.
The User Guide will be updated very soon to reflect these changes.
