Hello, I forgot to send out an email. I updated the package to v2.0.1 earlier in the week. This fixed a bug in "mtpc" that I did not find in my initial tests.
I pushed the updates to GitHub on Wednesday, so you can update the package using:
devtools::install_github('cwatson/brainGraph')

I will submit again to CRAN (but they prohibit submissions within a certain amount of time) so that the bug will be fixed for all available installation methods.
Please let me know if you find any bugs, or experience any problems!
