Hello, I am pleased to announce I have finally finished v3.0.0.
It is not yet on CRAN but it should be accepted in the next couple of days. I have pushed all the changes to GitHub.
There are a significant number of changes, so please see the (updated) User Guide; I have tried to mark the most important changes with a content box titled "New in v3.0.0". Also, please see Appendix B for GLM-specific changes.
I expect there may be some "growing pains" so please either email the list or post a GitHub issue if there are problems.

The latest version is now on CRAN.
