Update to v1.1.0

Dear all,

I have made an update to package version 1.1.0. You can find the changes at the NEWS.md file.

There are multiple changes, including a fix to the GUI, and I have changed the lobe, neighborhood, and community selection frames to be "scrolled windows".

I have implemented the "multi-threshold permutation correction (MTPC)" method (see Drakesmith et al., 2015). I have also added a "level" argument to "brainGraph_GLM", which allow you to perform between-group inference for graph-level metrics (e.g., global efficiency).

The connectivity matrices (DTI and fMRI) are now symmetrized; the default is "max" (which is also igraph's default), but you can choose "min" or "avg" in the function "create_mats" using the argument "symm.by".

Finally, I have added functions to calculate "communicability" and "communicability betweenness".

Please let me know if you have any questions, experience bugs, etc. I have updated the User Guide to reflect these changes.
