Hello,
I have made a bugfix update to v0.60.5
There was a bug in "dti_create_mats" when "sub.thresh = 0" (i.e., if you didn't want to impose a constraint on the number of subjects in a group exceeding the "mat.thresh" for an edge to be included). This has now been fixed.
There are also more weighted graph calculations performed by "set.brainGraph.attributes".
