Major release update to v1.0.0

Hello,

I am pleased to announce the first major release of brainGraph, making it v1.0.0. This update is both on CRAN (so you can install it with the command "install.packages") and on my Github page.

There have been an extensive number of changes too long to list here; you can see the log in the NEWS.md file (also here: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/brainGraph/news.html). Several function names have been changed, several have been added, and I added the "Craddock-200" atlas. I also made many speed improvements for several functions.

I will be updating the User Guide fully in the next day or two; I have been updating it over time but it is not quite finished. You will find that the chapters have changed somewhat; I hope the organization makes more sense. I have also added quite a bit to Chapter 10 "Benchmarks", reflecting the speed improvements I made for the current version.
