Repeated measures (LME)

Dear Chris,

Thanks again for this wonderful tool. 

I have longitudinal data (unabalanced design), and was wondering if/when you are planning to incorperate the LME function into brainGraph (for NBS and graph measures [MTPC]). 

Just so I can determine whether I should wait, or look for other packages. If it's the latter, do you have any recommendations?

Unfortunately I won't be able to incorporate LME for quite awhile. I believe there is an R package called "NBR" that can handle repeated measures (for NBS, at least) but I have no experience w/ this package, or its inter-operability.

You may end up having to use "lme4" or "nlme" directly, but it isn't exactly simple to apply to network data.
