brain network communication models

Hi Chris,

Could you plz show me how to use brainGraph to construct brain network communication models and calculate relevant network communication measures  , such as  shortest path eciency,  navigation eciency ?

I didn't write code for those and, if I do in the future, it won't be for quite awhile. I started to write some related functions a couple years ago but didn't have the time to commit to it.
