CogSci 2021 - Call for Submissions
Join us in Vienna for the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Society with the theme of "Comparative Cognition - Animal Minds"
University of Vienna, Austria
July 26 - 29, 2021


This coming year, we honour two prize winners with plenary talks; the 2021 Rumelhart Prize winner, Susan Goldin-Meadow (University of Chicago) and the 2020 Heineken Prize winner Robert Zatorre (McGill University). Join us for their presentations along with other prestigious invited speakers.

The confirmed invited program includes plenary talks by:
  • Julia Fischer, DPZ Göttingen
  • Onur Güntürkün, Ruhr-Universität Bochum
  • Erich Jarvis, Rockefeller University
  • Friederike Range, University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna

CogSci 2021 will also include invited panels on:
  • Cognition of time
  • Comparative and neural approaches to social cognition
  • Comparative cognitive neuroaesthetics

The Cognitive Science Society is pleased to announce new conference awards aimed specifically at increasing the diversity of those attending the meeting, those studying diversity and social inequality and the diversity of cognitive science, especially among under-represented disciplines.
