2022 meeting of the J.B. Johnston Club November 10-11, San Diego, CA, USA

The J. B. Johnston Club meets annually, on the two days before the meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. The first day is devoted to the annual Karger Workshop, a one-day symposium on a specific topic in comparative or evolutionary neurobiology, organized by one or more members of the Club and sponsored by S. Karger AG. The Proceedings of the Workshop are published in the Club’s official journal, Brain, Behavior, and Evolution. The second day of the meeting comprises presentations by members, which are selected by the Program Committee from abstracts submitted by members. Receptions are held at the end of each day for further socializing.

The 2022 Karger Workshop will be held on Thursday, November 10th, 2022   and is titled “Exaptation and the evolution of maladaptation”, organized by Daphne Soares.

The 2022 annual meeting of the J.B. Johnston Club will be held on Friday, November 11th, 2022.
