hello!

i took a break in the middle of writing/submitting three grants to whip the ROYG Brain Image Viewer into shape so that it can accept feedback from visitors to the site.  give it a try!  you select a labeled image (only one at the moment), wait impatiently for all the data to load, move around until you come upon an offending label assignment, type a scathing comment, then violently click the submit button.  this saves the coordinates and comment to a database, and sends an email to neuromorphometrics with a link to see what the visitor was seeing:

what do you think? 

andy -- if we come up with a standard cropping procedure for these brains, then we can get the data to load a lot faster.

I tried it a bit and will see if I can break it.  :-)

We do have a cropping procedure and I believe it has been done to all scans.  I guess I need to send you the cropping landmarks.
