Unstudied N-Back modes (Crab, Combination, Multiple Stim)

Has anyone tried those modes ? If so, did it bear any benefits that could on long term, outweigh the usual Dual or Quad mode ? Also noticing that all of those modes can be combined, which makes it up even harder.
