How to Cure ADHD
There are numerous herbs for ADHD treatment inducing progress to the
patients’ health condition. Some primarily increase concentration,
some may soothe and calm the patient, some boost the memory, and some
may relieve stress. Manifestation of dramatic results may take a while
but continuous intake slightly speeds up the healing.

The cautionary tale about herbs is that they haven't withstood
clinical trials to verify their efficacy. The other issue is that
there's nothing to verify that herbal supplements actually contain
what they say they do.

But yes, stress exacerbates all mental health conditions, including
ADHD. In fact, some people have all the symptoms of ADHD, but are
actually trauma survivors - they need their trauma treated by a
therapist who really knows what they're doing with trauma. (Some
forms of talk therapy aren't helpful.) The meds won't help someone
with ADHD symptoms whose symptoms are caused by something other than
ADHD. These people are hypervigilant because at one point, they
needed to be.

there was a study using omegabrite that was positive, but more
expensive than minami which seems similar:

you should find some info on omegabrite there.

there are also some video games in the psychologist office that may
help--u can control this spaceship flying thru this vortex or
something with your mind

australian researchers are trying to make a version for the public,
focus pocus"

i doubt it is as good as the one in the pyschologist office, but maybe

I would suggest GABA, it has a really calming effect on both mind and body, less racing thoughts for example, you can become a bit sluggish though.
In the morning use Acetyl-l Carnitine.

Can you please tell more about searching solutions to other conditions
masking as ADHD caused from trauma or stress?

Thanks
