There is an option called "Interference (tricky stimulus generation)", if i want to make it as hard as possible should i put the option to 0% or 100%?

The higher, the more difficult. 100% is pretty pointless. You will see why. I used to keep it at 75%. Anyways, as already discussed to the point of boredom, n-back doesn't seem useful anymore.

you should train different aspect in different days. for xample alternate between using numbers, letters, 2 audios at a time, image-position-audio at a time - color-poition-audio at a time and then quad or hihger
