You are welcome.
Happy dual nbacking.
It seems to me that the tide is split here on whether dnb is
cognitively beneficial (what percent splint i dont know, but may 25%
or more say they feel it is useless)
I can not say that it raises my IQ.........or doesnt.
When i first started, i had difficulty doing dnb2. I mean, yes, i
probly could have done it at default settings, but i didnt like the
low initial scores...........however, in short order i was pretty good
at dnb2.
I am currently on dnb5, and altho i restart several of the games, at
the default settings i am scoring 80s and 90s.
My mind feels faster. I also seem to have less mental fatigue during
studying, nbacking, etc. I am more confident. I am confident that my
memory has improved independent of nbacking (what they call 'far
transfer' effect).
I am not saying it is a HUGE difference.
I can not say the same is true for any supplement i have taken other
than possibly some small effect with magnesium l-threonate which also
seems to make me 'less mentally tired' in particular, interestingly.
every other supplement i have ever tried does not seem to affect my
mind (as in cognitive benefit) in any way or shape that seemed
perceivable.
