I have discovered a way to increase human intelligence with absolutely no capacity limitations, or in other words, it simply exponentially compounds forever and ever. It is highly dependent on WHICH and what TYPES of neurons you have (e.g. life experiences), and hence the intelligence test hasto be persobalized to an impossible extent, right?

This is my argument.Therefore, if we want to properly determine if intelligence can be increased, then we need to find a solid genetic inbred dumbass and force him into college to study with all his heart, with the hopes of having him obtain a PHD. If he gets that PHD, then proves without a doubt that Intelligence can be increased.I rest my case--
