how can i use dual n back and quad n back in a better way? i want to become more inteliigent

in fact i wnat to become genius ,so i need to have an iq of 130 or more ,so what can i do to achieve that thing ,specially in quad and dual n back.

Go to game mode and put YES into the first 4 options. Then just practice it daily, it will boost your working memory and make your daily tasks mentally less demanding from grocery shopping to working a cognitively demanding task.
