Hello all.
I was wondering what other activities do you all do or are recommended in self improvement of cognitive performance other then Dual N back [ which works btw guys lol].
What I am doing currently only doing is Dual N back and "Breathing Mediation" Because I lack self control, I barely manage to do 10 mins of the mediation and I struggle with 10 sessions with Dual N back. The only source of my motivation is when I realized bow inferior my brain power is to the curiosity I have. Example I love reading articles on history, psychology, different physic theories, etc but I can't seem to recall them in a conversation or generate 'good questions' like others do..
I have to yet to take action of this program
5 Km and up/down stairs cardio. Any other activities?
