Program/App for improving your mental calculation skills

I'm 21 years old and my 12 year old sister is faster/better than me at
mental calculation. I am absolutely horrible at it, mainly because I
have never practiced it; I slept through math classes and always used
electronics to do even the simplest of calculations. I took the WAIS
once, and scored pretty well on the spatial and verbal intelligence,
but a 70 on mental calculation... I'm not kidding...

I own an iPod Touch and a PC. Can you recommend any programs and
apps? :-)
(I am already doing DNB on a daily basis)

I know it's not an app, but I got this book a few years back and it
revolutionized mental math for me. I'd say use the app to practice
the techniques. With a little work you are almost guaranteed to
impress people when calculating the tip for instance.
