Should I do dual n back or quad n back?

Which one is more beneficial?

Common sense says quad, but I would start on dual and get good at it before starting quad. Right now I'm up to n=7 on dual, planning to reach around n=8 or 9 then switch to quad.

Quad-N-Back forces you to take in more and different types of stimuli which makes it harder. I personally believe that Quad-N-Back is superior since it creates more diverse connections in the brain.

I can see a not very neurotic person would benefit from taking on quad N back directly and just rapid pratice keep failing keep correcting mistakes until it's trained to never fail, that way he will learn faster, however with more neurotic person might find a more slow build up to their ability to recall more useful.

+ dual N BACK progresses much quicker, you can get to level 7, 8 9 faster than a level 5 on Quad N BACK
