I built https://nootrack.app/ to track my own cognitive game scores alongside sleep and supplement logs. I'd like feedback from people who've spent enough time on these tasks to run into their limits.
The short check in includes reaction time, symbol matching and a fixed spatial 2 back. You can play free without an account. Personal tracking is free too, with optional paid analysis.
The part I'm unsure about is the ceiling. Keeping a task fixed makes sessions easier to compare, but an experienced player could outgrow it. For tracking daily changes, would you prefer accuracy and response time on a fixed task, or an adaptive difficulty score? If you try it, I'd be interested in which task gets too easy first.
These aren't validated IQ measures, and a score changing alongside a supplement doesn't show the supplement caused it.
