Hello everyone,
I'm really interested in finding ways to consistently improve my cognitive abilities. There's a technique called Image streaming by Win Wenger that I’ve found quite effective — it’s supposed to boost imagination and even IQ, and I believe it actually works.
I’m currently looking for similar methods, preferably ones that have been around for a while and have shown solid results (even anecdotally). That said, I’m also open to pseudoscientific or unconventional approaches, as long as they seem to bring some benefits or have an interesting philosophy behind them.
If anyone here has experience with such techniques — from old-school mental training to experimental mind hacks — I’d love to hear your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
