I spoke to Brandon some time ago and there were two things he said I found of interest that are relevant here.
Firstly, he talked about counting the number of times one applies any single part of the formula each day.
Secondly, he talked about "cycles". But, he didn't expound on what this meant - I should have asked.
I wonder if by cycles, he meant that one fatigues when applying the formula, thus becoming less efficacious in applying it over time. Then, after some "recovery" time, their underlying ability to apply it improves. This is not mentioned in the lectures. But, Brandon did tell me that he has spoken to Jim Diamond using one of their other services & I wonder if, if he hadn't come up with the term "cycles" himself, that was something told to him by Jim Diamond. We don't know.
This is largely my own guesswork based on my own experience with fatiguing with the formula & experiencing that "recovery" & subsequent increase in underlying ability. I'm trying to understand more about how this fatigue & recovery works in relation to the exercise I've developed.
