DXP to BRF

Hi all

I have been tasked with finding out how to convert DXP files to BRF files. The users do not have Duxbury and it isn't an option.

1) Does anyone know of an Open Source or at least free tool for converting between these formats?

2) Does anyone who about the structure of the DXP format? Is it, for example, a kind of archive file that happens to contain a Braille ascii text file in there somewhere (I should be so lucky!)

The only source I know of is Kurzweil, but of course, that is not free.
