Issue with pairing my orbit reader 20

Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone might be able to help me out regarding a rather strange issue i've just noticed today while trying to pair my orbit reader with my iPhone SE 2022 which is running iOS 17.4.1.

I find for whatever reason, that i only seem to be able to pair one braille xdisplay at a time, so having unpaired my brailliant display completely, when trying to pair the orbit, it does come up as being recognised, but when i double-tap on its name (just before you would then double-tap on the pair button that should appear on the next screen), all that comes up for me is "orbit reader (followed by its number) is not supported". This is very odd considering i've had no issues pairing these two particular devices in the past.

As far as trouble shooting goes, i have tried turning bluetooth off on both devices, followed by re-starting them both, but the same "orbit reader is not supported" message is still appearing.

Is there anything else i could try? I could understand more perhaps if the two devices had never been paired successfully.
