Just a quick note to everyone on this forum to say that Steph, Charlie,
Canute and I will be at Sight Village QAC (Brum, UK) next Tuesday and
Wednesday. We're looking forward to seeing a few of you again!

Its the first in person event for us for, well, for more than the year.
So we're really just there to catch up and say hello. If you have a
Canute or you are interested come over to the stand.

If you're not able to go, or comfortable going to events just yet, not
to worry, we'll be at more in the future. We're really just testing the
water.

We will also be at the Braillist Foundation's informal gathering on
Tuesday evening at The Old House At Home, just up the road from QAC.

See some of you there!

Ed

Good luck Ed, I really recommend people visit the Canute stand if they can. I put a whole heap of books onto my device the other day after converting them to BRF files, I wish I'd had it years and years ago! 😊

Kind regards,

Hi Jackie.
I sure hope I can see one of these at some point. I saw an old
prototype years ago, but that was it. This is one of those situations
in reverse from what you sometimes likely experience in the UK. Most
companies seem to have more people showing their equipment in the U.S,
but since Bristol Braille is UK based, I kind of feel like those of us
in the U.S have the shoe on the other foot. Smiles. Hopefully, a U.S.
based event will be in-person soon where a reseller will have it with
them!

Best,
Scott

Hello Scott and all.

Now that production is ramping up again and some in-person events are
happening, we are excited to share the Canute with others in the U.S. If
you know of an event or opportunity which you feel would be a good fit
for us to bring and show the Canute and other products, please write me
at j...@atguys.com and we'll take a look. We are looking at visiting a
couple of state conventions this fall, though this depends on if events
will remain in-person or revert to virtual events.

Thanks.

Hi Scott

I don't want to gloat, but I really love the Canute 360, and hope you get your hands on one in the not too distant future. I put a whole load of BRF files on a card last week to read. It will be great once Canute can be paired with a phone, or screen reader. It has so much potential!
