Debian package finally ready

Hello,

the Debian package was finally uploaded into Debian unstable and show flow from
there down to
1) Debian testing, in 10 days
2) the next Ubuntu release

The package will appear on packages.debian.org in the next days. There are two
packages: libbrailleutils-java, containing the library and
libbrailleutils-java-doc, containing the documentation.

Thank you all for your work and for the cooperativeness throughout the process!
