Dear Canarites,



As part of our endeavour to popularize the tech products, of late, we have
been sending periodical SMS/email to Customers & Canarites by providing a
link where from our mobile applications can be downloaded.

Based on the valuable inputs shared by Canarites , we have been continuously
simplifying the technology & process , so as to achieve better on board
experience by the customers when they start a Banking relation with us.

We feel that despite our best efforts, the e-transactions of the Bank are
not growing as expected. In this regard, we solicit support of all canarites
in popularizing the tech products and ensure smooth transition. To
facilitate your effort, we are furnishing below the easy steps for hassle
free enrolment to our various products.

Customer on boarding without involvement of Canarites is impossible. Kindly
contribute your might in their endeavour.



ePass Sheet:



As a part of go- green initiative, Bank has introduced yet another
electronic mode of pass sheet delivery to the Email id of the customer by
just giving a missed call.

How to use e- Pass Sheet?



E-Pass sheet can be generated by two channels as below:



1) Missed call Channel:



Step-1: Customer can give missed call to 8882 678 678 from their registered
mobile number.

Step-2: The E-mail with maximum of any three operative SB/CA/OD/OCC pass
sheet will be generated and sent to their registered Email ID. Password for
opening the e-Pass Sheet is “Customer ID”.

Step-3: The confirmation SMS will be sent back to customer.



2) SMS Channel:



1) Customer can send SMS to 9266623333 and opt for e-pass sheet of any
specific account of the customer.

2) The SMS format to be used for sending SMS will be as below.

STATEMENT <space> Last 4 digits of A/C No.



Ex: The text format for SMS is STATEMENT <space> XXXX to the mobile number
+91 92666 23333

(XXXX – is the last 4 digit of the account number)



Internet Banking:



It is very simple and powerful application to ease all your routine banking
needs like fund transfer, RTGS , NEFT, IMPS, Opening of Fixed deposit
account, Recurring deposit and cheque book request etc.

You can Register Online and also activate without visiting the Branch by
using ATM Debit Card credentials.



How to use Internet Banking?



Please follow the below steps to Register for Net Banking.



Step-1: Please visit our Net Banking site  <https://www.canarabank.in/>
https://www.canarabank.in to register.

Step-2: Click on “New User?? Register here” or Online Net Banking User
Creation

Step-3: Click on I agree

Step-4: Enter your (a) Current/Savings Account Number (13 digits)

(b) Debit card number

(c) Registered mobile number

(d) Customer ID (Available in your Passbook/Pass Sheet).

Then click on I agree

Step-5: You will get OTP by SMS to your registered mobile number, then enter
OTP in that box and click on submit.

Step-6: Enter Login Password (you can set your own login password) and click
on submit

Step-7: Click on Ok button.

Step -8: Login into Net Banking then click on “Generate Transaction
Password” option, then you can set your own transaction password.

Step-9: Now you can do financial Transactions using OTP.



E-INFO BOOK:



E-INFO BOOK of our bank is the simple powerful utility to view your passbook
online, generate E-Pass sheet and view balance of saving account, current
accounts, OD account & Loan account and many more.



How to use E-Info Book ?



1. Download Canara e-Infobook from the Play/iOS app store or Just click on
the below link

2. Invoice / open the Installed app & Press Tab to Proceed

3. Click on agree

4. Enter the 13 digit Canara bank account number in the application. Click
on Submit

5. An SMS will be generated automatically from the device. Click/Press send.


6. A onetime Password [OTP] will be sent to the user’s mobile.

7. Enter OTP received in SMS in Default MPIN box of the app.

8. Once Registration is successful, User change MPIN option, enter/Set your
new MPIN (6 digits) has to be changed by the user and registration process
will be over.

9. Open the app & Start banking at your finger tips.



MOBILE BANKING (CANMOBILE):



Mobile Banking application of our Bank is fast, reliable, handy and very
flexible to carry out financial transactions and enquiries without any
hassles.



How to use Mobile Banking?



Step - 1: Go to Play store and search “can Mobile” app from search box on
the top.



Step - 2: Click download canmobile and tap on install option on the right,
then tap on accept in the next screen.



Step-3: Application will be installed, Mobile Banking Icon appears on the
Mobile Screen. Then tap on open button



Step-4: Application checks for Internet, if Connectivity is established



Steps for Registration of New Customer :



Step-1: Tap on New Registration à Go to SMS application of your phoneàSend
SMS by typing CAN REG to 09266623333 àthen userID and MPIN (Password) will
be received.



Step-2: Use the same in login screen logo, then tap on accept button on
terms & conditions Page.



Step-3: Application will be authenticated by auto fetching the OTP.



Step-4: Change MPIN option will appear , Change the same



Step-5: You will get User activation screen Enter the ATM card
credentials(Card Number, Expiry date and PIN) and Activate



Step-6: You will receive activation Message as “ Mobile Banking services has
been activated for User ID.. ”



Step-7:Login with the User ID and New MPIN.



Step-8: You can Personalize the home Page with photo of your choice.



Steps For Existing Active Customers:



Step-1: Download the New Version of the App. and continue to use.



Steps For Existing 'Inactive Customers' :



Step-1: Download the New Version of the App and Activate to use the
Services. If User ID and MPIN are not available, obtain the same through
relevant options.

- Forgot User ID

- Forgot MPIN
