So it looks like the regional Braille Challenge competitions are
winding down. This means hundreds of students across the nation can
finally relax. One way, of course, is to dig into a good book. So what
are you reading right now that you'd like to recommend? Since the
movie is coming out, has anyone read the Hunger Games trilogy?

I read them all straight through. I read the first 2 in one day. LOL.
But all I'm sayin is, they better not mess the movies up like they did
with Twilight! I hope they choose a good cast and actually make time
for all the details instead of cramming things in to a short period of
time.

Read the first page of hunger games and stopped. I'm reading books by
Michael Connelly at the moment and find his books to be pretty
entertaining. In the past I have read and still recommend all books by
Khaled Hosseini, Sister Souljah, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, David and Richard
Pelzer and Kahlil Gibran.

Thanks.

I would make lots of recomndations, but a lot of the books I find
interesting, most of you wouldn't. Carl Weber, for example. Awesome
author, but most of you would probably read those books and go, uh,
wow. What the heck? Anyway, enter at your own risk...

wishi I could say I am relaxing...
Trying to not die from school work.
I recently read Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston.
Yes, for English class, but it's exceptionally well written with
beautiful commentaries and rich cultural southern dialects.
I would recommend it to high school students, unless if your school is
making you read it already.
Hunger Games... I only read the first one, but it was definitely
awesome and so looking forward to go watch the movie.
