At Braid 102, we brought up a Multiplexing proposal to help Browsers transition into a state synchronization world where they need to hold multiple requests open for long periods of time. This protocol can enable a seamless transition while browsers raise their connection-per-host limits from 6 or 100, without impacting developers.

We've hammered on it quite a bit, and now have a spec and implementation ready for review:

Spec:

Implementations:
  - Braid-HTTP library
  - mail.braid.org application

Please give it a review! This will help us upgrade the web.

We will present Multiplexing in tomorrow's Braid 105, but this list is the best place for deep discussion.

Thanks!
Michael
