Hello from Berlin! I have been meeting some great P2People out here in Europe.

Today in https://braid.org/meeting-86 we will share greetings and updates, and dive into two significant demos:

Michiel de Jong will demonstrate Braided Snap: a distributed cooperative ledger on Braid.
Greg and I will release Braid-Text: a seamless library to make all text in your web app collaborative, with zero overhead on client.

Snap is an intriguing alternative to money and blockchains. Michiel has explored building it on a few different P2P protocols and can relay his experiences and lessons learned!

Braid-Text is a very practical library for web apps that I'm very excited about. It's super efficient, super open + standardized, super easy to add to any nodejs server, and super easy to even write your own client from scratch (in 50 lines of code) if you need to. It's time to use it!
