1. I will lead open discussion on the "Invisible College" Plan—come give your opinion on how to form a new style of research group, that will work on Braid!

2. Greg will deep dive on Browser Cache Quirks with Subscriptions. He's created simplified demos, that produce curious results! We will be taking these to the HTTP WG.
